Non-censoring relays such as Agnostic and ultra sound are delivering more data blocks on Ethereum than Flashbots, the one-time king of MEV-delivering relays.

Validators and Solana Foundation and Labs engineers are investigating the issue.

For the first time since October, fewer than 50 of new blocks over a 24-hour period are OFAC compliant, partially thanks to more non-censoring options that make up a larger share of the blockspace market.

The network upgrade, set for March, will address staked ether withdrawals and reductions in gas fees for developers. The milestone will start a new era for the Ethereum ecosystem, following last year‘s much-hyped transition to a more energy-efficient "proof-of-stake" blockchain.

Co-led by Pantera and Archetype, the funding round is targeted toward building out distributed validator technology (DVT) on Ethereum.
